All products are made-to-order. This means production begins only after the order is placed and payment is confirmed.

  • Production Time: Typically 2–7 business days, depending on the product.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship to most countries in the EU. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to certain restricted regions. If you’re unsure about shipping to your location, please contact us at gooddayshopping@outlook.com.


3. Shipping Methods and Times

Shipping is handled by Printful's network of logistics providers. Delivery times depend on your location and the chosen shipping method:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location.
  • Shipping method selected.

5. Customs and Duties

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees. These are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

6.1. Lost or Delayed Shipments:

  • If your order is not delivered within 21 business days from the shipping date, please contact us at gooddayshopping@outlook.com
  • We will work with Printful and the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund if deemed necessary.

6.2. Damaged Shipments:

  • If your item arrives damaged, please report it within 14 days of delivery by providing:
    • Photos of the damaged item.
    • Your order number.

7. Address Changes or Errors

Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
